 Q 1. What are the benefits to using Justpack Ltd to fulfil our products.?

 A 1.  Same day to Order despatch on stock held items., 20 years knowledge of production based shipping. Outsource your pick/pack operation to a fully insured offshore facility.

Q 2. How would we get our product stock to you.?

A 2. Product can be shipped to us using freight agents or courier service.

Q 3. How would we get order data to you.?

A 3. Order data can be sent using email in csv file format or we could download order data from your website using EDI.

Q4. Would our information be secure.?

A 4. We are registered under Data Protection ( Jersey ) Law 1987.

Q 5. What are your charges?

A 5. We can charge  a one off package charge irrespective of the number of picks involved or a pick and pack item charge, but we can also set up options that can be tailored for your needs. Storage for stock is charged at shelf rate.

Q 6. What sort of products can you handle.?

A 6. For your company to gain the best possible savings we would recommend products such as any small low cost items. 

Q 7. Do you supply packaging.

A 7. Yes packaging is supplied.

Q 8. How would are items be delivered ?

A 8. We would send out your items by 1st Class post or recorded delivery service, this is charged at rates from Jersey Post Ltd

Q 9. Do I need to be  a Registered Jersey Company ?

A 9.Yes, contact us for more information

Q 10. Would our stock be insured ?

A 10. While in Justpack Ltd care  your stock  would be insured dependent on your requirements and charged on a monthly basis.

Q 11.  I sell on a marketplace such as eBay or Amazon, can you fulfull my orders?

A 11.  Absolutely!  Our warehouse system is fully designed to accept orders from these sales channels along with any other e-commerce package.

Q 12. Once our orders reach you what happens next?

A 12.  We will pick and pack your orders on a first in first out basis, unless you specify otherwise.  We then despatch all of your parcels at the end of each day using Jersey Post.  Your stock levels are adjusted in real-time as we pack your orders so you can review real-time stock information and we feed back to you via our client access web system which orders were despatched. (we can also automatically email your customers if required)

Q 13.  Can we keep our branded invoice labels

A 13.  You can, however slight adjustment may be neccessary to accommodate the customs information required by jersey post when goods are despatched into the UK.
